Leonard B. Barbagallo

November 20, 1931  -  June 22, 2008

Leonard B. Barbagallo, 76, passed away at his residence.  He is the son of the late Sebastian and Anna (Corcoran) Barbagallo.

This also provided the opportunity to visit many areas of the country. Since retirement, Len has been very active with SCORE, a volunteer organization assisting small businesses. He has been a member of the Lake Shore Country Club and Maennerchor Club.

He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Elizabeth Barbagallo; a son, Stephen Barbagallo; a daughter, Jennifer Wolfram and her husband, Matthew; grandchildren Matthew Wolfram, Jr., and his wife Gina,

To the Barbagallo Family....

Leonard, gave me an opportunity to become a "Systems Engineer" for AMSCO a mere 35 years ago. It was my dream job come true with a lot of hard work.. The knowledge he provided, his insightfulness to our business and advice, still remains with me to this day...

Our Deepest Sympathy to you and your family at the loss of Leonard. We will keep you all in our thoughts and prayers...

I am just one of the successful entrepreneurs helped by Leonard . I will always be grateful for the kindness and generosity he showed to me, the very first time he met me at his home. I hope I can someday help people as well as Leonard did. Leonard will always be remembered as a kind and generous man. I know heaven will be a better place now that Leonard will be there. I am a better person because of his influence to me. You will be missed dearly...
Sincerely Peter Walczak   (Erie)

Betty, Jennifer, and Stephen,
We are so sorry the our best friend has passed away. We are even sorrier that we were unable to attend the services (due to an e-mail glitch). Our parents, Len's and mine, compared pregnancies before we were both born. We attended the same high school in Abington, PA. The same college, Temple. We joined the same fraternity, Sigma Phi Epsilon. Our wives, Betty and Bernie, are sorority sisters in Alpha Sigma Alpha. Len and I were college roommates. To our children they are Uncle Len and Aunt Betty. To Stephen and Jennifer we are Uncle Herb and Aunt Bernie. We will miss you, Len, but we will always love you and Betty, Jennifer and Stephen.
